Тези дни покрай чуденето ми как и къде искам да прекарам тази нова година попаднах на снимките ми от остров Корфу от посрещането на новата 2007 г. Някои от тези снимки харесвам доста и за това имам желание да ги споделя с повече хора.
VlahernaKanoni and Pontikonassi
KanioniKanioni is one of the most important sights of the island, not only because of its natural beauty but also because it is found beside the famous and picturesque Pontikonassi. It is located on the central part of the island, nearly 4 km away from the city of Corfu. It took its name from canon placed there by the French in 1798, when the Venetian Army surrendered Corfu to them. The canon is still there to remind us of the historical tradition.
